Prior experience: Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Elena has held a number of positions within Wells Fargo Bank across different groups: • Global Banking Group with a primary focus on working with the U.S. subsidiaries of foreign publicly traded entities. • Beverage Finance & Specialized Industries Group working primarily with beer distributors with the majority of credit facilities classified as leveraged loan transactions to fund M&A and recapitalization, and • Technology, Media & Telecom Group with a primary focus on large technology companies working on transactions ranging from $75.0M to $23.0B to support acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, growth initiatives, and share repurchases.
